I have personally trained clients from never running before to running their first marathon and have lost count of those who I've trained for 5k and 10k runs. 

Over the last few years have also seen an upsurge in clients interest regarding mud runs or obstacle races and from my previous experience working for Rat Race and by personally completing the world's longest obstacle race, twice! (Dirty Weekend) then I am more than prepared to help you get race fit whatever crazy event you have signed up to.

If the thought of running leaves you a bit cold then there is plenty of other exercise we can do to improve your fitness and with my help and encouragement (for those that wanted to) I have been able to transform many adamant non-runners into running converts.

Jigsaw Running Coaching 

Whether you're an absolute beginner looking to start running, a hit and miss runner looking to take up a new challenge or an established runner working towards a new PB (or distance) a running coach could be your answer . I am a passionate runner who understands how difficult it can be to start running or to take yourself outside of your comfort zone. Jigsaw Small Group Outdoor Training

8.30-9.30am: Saturday mornings at Trent Park, Enfield   

7-8pm: Wednesday evenings at Oak Hill Park

Classes take place in the park and include mini circuits, running drills, static and dynamic exercises, individual
and partner work. Everyone gets to work at their own pace as classes are open to all fitness levels and exercise
is tailored to your ability. For more information click here.
