Jigsaw Running Coaching

Whether you're an absolute beginner looking to start running, a hit and miss runner looking to take up a new challenge or an established runner working towards a new PB (or distance) a running coach could be your answer . I am a passionate runner who understands how difficult it can be to start running or to take yourself outside of your comfort zone. I have trained clients for their their first marathon and have lost count of those who I've trained for 5k & 10k runs. Jigsaw Personal Training

If the thought of running leaves you a bit cold then there is plenty of other exercise I can offer to help improve your fitness and achieve your goals. Through a combination of HIIT training, Boxing and bodyweight exercise our sessions will help you to achieve results. However if you are interested in running but simply lack confidence, I promise that with my help and encouragement I have been able to transform many adamant non-runners into keen running converts.

 So whether you're trying to shed a few unwanted lbs, looking to improve your general health and wellbeing or training for a specific event then Jigsaw Personal Training could be the answer for you. Jigsaw Mini Sessions

Both PT & Running Coaching are also available in shorter mini session blocks, you get all the same great training but sessions are for 35 minutes. Due to the reduced price of these sessions they are not available in all areas. They are primarily for Enfield/Barnet Enquiries, however if travel time & costs permit then other areas will be considered. Contact us here.  

 Jigsaw Small Group Personal Training

8.15-9.15am: Saturday mornings at Trent Park, Enfield   

7-8pm: Wednesday evenings at Oak Hill Park

Classes take place in Trent Park/Oak Hill Park and include HIIT, mini circuits, running drills, static and dynamic exercises, individual and partner work.
Group sizes are kept small to ensure exercises can be supervised adequately and everyone gets to work at their own pace..
Classes are open to all fitness levels as exercise
intensity is tailored to your ability. For more information click here.

If this sounds just your thing then sign up now, however even if this sounds the exact opposite why not give it a try anyway. Most of my regulars were reluctant at first but now rarely miss a session.
